As a subcommittee of the Council, the Personnel Committee's purpose includes the recommendation to Council regarding the employment of staff, consultants and contractors, with concern for equal employment opportunity, fair employment practices and personnel policies. The Personnel Committee will perform annual reviews of performance of the staff. Following the annual reviews of performance, the Personnel Committee will make recommendations to Council regarding the adequacy of compensation.
