Rev. Chinchen Returns to Clallam Bay PC
Rev. Dr. Jack Chinchen and his wife Nell will be returning to Clallam Bay PC on Sun, July 4th. Rev. Dr. Chinchen was the pastor of Clallam Bay PC in the 1960's when the current church building was constructed. Sunday schedule: 9:30am: Report on God's work in Malawi; 11am: Worship; a fellowship meal will follow service. Read more. |

'House Churches' in North Korea
Once home to 14,000 Christian churches -- all were destroyed in the Korean War -- North Korea now has just three church buildings, two Protestant and one Catholic. But there are 500 "house churches" scattered throughout the country - the lifeblood of the Korean Christian Federation (KCF), which claims about 15,000 members. Read more. |

Calvin PC Receives Synod Grant
The Synod of Alaska-NW joyfully approved the grant request from Calvin PC for a $15,000 one-time grant for the community college pilot ministry at the June 9-11, 2010 Assembly Meeting in Bellevue, WA. Read more. |

The Rev. John B. Owen received the 2010 Distinguished Alum Award from President Dean Thompson, Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Since the Distinguished Alum Awards were established in 1986, 93 Louisville Seminary alums have been honored for their vision, accomplishments and leadership in their respective callings. Read more.

Building peace in the midst of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict will be the topic of Archbishop Elias Chacour's public address on Friday, June 30, 2010 at 7:30pm, Hyatt Regency, Bellevue. A free will offering will be received.
Renewal Ministries NW is hosting a concert series of prayers and scriptural readings featuring Jeff Johnson & Selah with guest musician Brian Moss on Sunday, June 27 at 3pm, North Creek PC. Admission is a free-will offering.
